OB has partnered with an early-stage, venture-backed startup building AI agents for production data pipelines
They are looking for a Founding Backend Engineer to own and build their core systems. The role combines backend systems, product engineering and agentic workflows
Tech stack: Python, LangGraph, Next.JS, TypeScript, Rust, AWS, Terraform, Clickhouse
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years working on backend systems and distributed systems
- Experience in an early-stage environment
- Proven track record of shipping real products at high velocity
