Job Description
As a Founding Engineer, you will build the AI agents replacing fragmented legacy systems in the massive food manufacturing sector. You'll move across the full stack—from engineering RAG systems for product catalogues to developing computer-use agents for complex compliance automation—directly impacting how food reaches tables across the US.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy backend systems that ingest and process hundreds of PDFs from customer ERPs and CRMs using semantic analysis.
• Build and iterate on AI agents using Anthropic and Gemini to automate 100-page compliance documents and end-to-end sales workflows.
• Develop a performant, modern frontend and infrastructure using Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, and Terraform on GCP.
