Job Description:

As an Founding Engineer (AI Software Engineer), you'll help architect and build the foundation of Resolvd’s agent platform. You’ll work at the intersection of LLMs, reasoning systems, and real-world enterprise automation—owning mission-critical infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founder, design partners, and real users as we bring the next wave of intelligent IT systems to life.

Are fluent in Python and/or TypeScript, and care about writing clean, testable code
Have built or worked on AI/agentic systems or LLM-powered products
Enjoy turning ambiguous workflows into structured, automatable systems
Have an entrepreneurial mindset or prior startup/founder experience
Are excited to work across the stack—from backend infra to prompt engineering and UI tools
Work directly on the core AI agent platform powering IT automation for global enterprises
Shape major architectural and product decisions from day one
Ship fast and own your work in a no-bureaucracy, high-impact environment
Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in AI and automation
