Job Description
As a Founding Engineer, you will build the AI orchestration layer for the world's most iconic infrastructure, from nuclear reactors to luxury hotels. Working alongside ex-Google and Amazon leads, you will own the full stack and shape product culture, shipping high-impact features that help builders win multi-million dollar projects.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end development of product features, from initial customer discovery calls to production-ready code.
• Design and implement robust AI orchestration layers that handle complex data for the construction and civil engineering industries.
• Rapidly iterate on software prototypes, prioritizing speed and real-world utility over theoretical perfection to solve immediate client needs.
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Full-stack engineer with previous experience in early-stage startup environments who thrives in high-autonomy, fast-paced "chaos."
• Proven technical curiosity evidenced by a history of shipping side projects, participating in hackathons, or building vertical AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and a strong desire to work in-person in New York City to build a generational company culture.
