We’ve crossed $1M ARR in months, work with companies like SoFi, Rocket Money, and Rappi, and now we’re building our next big bet:

→ An agentic video editor that can create, edit, and optimize ad creatives end-to-end 🎬

What this actually means

We want to go from:

prompt → finished ad that performs ⚡

Not just generate clips.
But decide:

• what story to tell
• what visuals to use
• how to edit it
• what works (based on real performance data) 📊

What you’ll do

• Build systems that orchestrate multiple AI models (video, image, audio) 🤖
• Work with cutting-edge models (Kling, Veo, etc.)
• Design async pipelines for generation + editing
• Build real product surfaces, not just infra
• Define what “AI video creation UX” even looks like ✨

This is 0 → 1 product work, not maintenance 🚀

Who we’re looking for

• Can design and ship quickly without over-engineering ⚡
• Enjoys building delightful, high-performance user experiences 🎨
• Has experience (or strong interest) in AI, media, or creative tools 🤖
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Prefers solving problems end-to-end (idea → shipped product)
