Founding Full Stack Engineer - AI Native ($150k - $180k fully remote)

What’s missing is a founding full stack engineer who can build the product and systems that make this work end to end.

The Role

This is a foundational full stack engineering role for someone who wants ownership across product, architecture, and implementation.

You will work across backend systems, frontend interfaces, AI powered workflows, and internal tools.

This is not a narrow execution role.

This is about helping define the technical foundation of the company.

You will work closely with the founding team to turn product ideas into scalable systems and polished user experiences.

What You’ll Build

Creator discovery and ranking workflows

Outreach and automation systems powered by AI

Frontend product experiences used by customers and internal teams

Backend services and APIs supporting core product functionality

Data workflows that connect sourcing, enrichment, and action

Internal tools that improve speed, visibility, and decision making

Foundational architecture that can grow with the business

What Success Looks Like

First few months:

Major parts of the product owned and shipped

Core workflows improved across both frontend and backend

Key AI powered features launched into production

Technical decisions made with speed and strong judgment

First year:

Platform becomes more scalable, reliable, and extensible

Product experience becomes faster and more polished

Engineering foundations are in place for future growth

You help shape technical direction and engineering culture

What We’re Looking For

• You are a full stack engineer who:
• Has 8+ years of engineering experience
• Is strong with TypeScript, Next.js, and modern full stack development
• Can design and build systems end to end with minimal oversight
• Has strong architectural judgment across frontend and backend
• Has experience with AWS in production
• Is comfortable designing schemas and building reliable services
• Has worked on AI powered features or LLM integrations
• Can operate autonomously in an early stage environment
• Communicates clearly and works closely with product and design

Strong Signals

• Built full stack products from early stage through growth
• Strong understanding of product architecture and performance tradeoffs
• Experience with Vercel and modern deployment workflows
• Comfortable owning both user facing product and backend logic
• Regularly uses AI coding tools to move faster
• Thrives in small, high trust teams with lots of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with ecommerce or affiliate ecosystems
• Familiarity with outbound automation systems
• Strong testing instincts and good engineering discipline
• Remote startup experience
• Preference for clean, functional code over overengineered systems
