Founding Growth Engineer

We're seeking a Founding GTM to drive growth to make us go from 1 to 100. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical excellence with entrepreneurial instincts to maximize revenue through experimentation.
In this role you will...
- Design and implement growth experiments across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation
- Build cross-product features like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools
- Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks to guide experimentation and evaluate success
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights
- Create tools and systems that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products
- Growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering
You will be a perfect fit if you...
- Have engineering experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
- Have b2b sales or consulting experience with significant past impact
- Are entrepreneurially minded and can work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
- Have product and design intuition to create user-facing features that drive engagement

- Have founder or startup experience and understand the full business context
- Are skilled at data analysis and can craft hypotheses, measure significance, and interpret results
