THE ROLE
This is the foundational GTM engineering role at Arcline. You will build the revenue operating system from scratch — the tooling, automation, and data infrastructure that powers how we find, win, and retain customers.
You will work directly with both founders to design systems that make our GTM motion faster, smarter, and more scalable than our headcount would suggest. This is not a Salesforce admin role. It is an architect role — you will decide what we build, how it connects, and how it compounds over time.
If you are energized by turning a messy sales process into a machine that runs itself, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
GTM Infrastructure & Automation
You see a broken workflow and immediately start mapping the fix in your head. You would rather deploy something useful this week and iterate than spend a month designing the perfect solution nobody has seen yet. You measure your own success by whether the metric moved, not whether the code was elegant. When things are ambiguous, you make a call and move — unclear priorities energize you rather than paralyze you. You build with the team, not just for them: you can sit with a founder on a customer call and walk away knowing exactly what to automate next.

What You'll Do
GTM Infrastructure & Automation
- Build and own the systems that power our revenue execution: pipeline workflows, lead routing, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture
- Automate manual GTM work so the team operates with far more leverage than our size would suggest
- Integrate and orchestrate the full GTM tech stack — from outbound tooling to post-sale handoffs — into a coherent, reliable system
- Build and maintain data pipelines that keep every decision grounded in clean, trustworthy information
- Design and deploy AI-forward automations that improve deal velocity: next-best-action surfacing, intelligent follow-up triggers, account prioritization, and enrichment
- Experiment continuously with agents and new tooling — you stay ahead of what is possible and bring it back to the team
- Build lightweight AI-powered demos and proof-of-concept environments tailored to enterprise prospects
- Instrument the funnel end-to-end so we always know where deals stall and why
- Own GTM system metrics: conversion by stage, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, rep productivity
- Run experiments, measure impact, and iterate — you care about the metric moving, not just the system working
- 2–5 years in GTM engineering, sales engineering, or a technical role with a heavy automation and systems component doing sales or marketing
- Comfortable writing production-quality code: Python and SQL are the most common needs; light scripting and API work come naturally to you
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Zapier/Make/n8n, and similar
- Strong systems thinker — you see the downstream consequences of every design decision before you make it
- Genuine interest in AI and legal tech; you want to understand the product deeply, not just support it from the outside
- Builder mindset: you ship something useful today and improve it tomorrow; you do not wait for a perfect brief
- High integrity — you will have access to sensitive pipeline data, customer information, and business strategy

What Success Looks Like
- Outbound runs faster and with better targeting because enrichment, routing, and sequencing are automated and reliable
- The founders spend less time on pipeline admin and more time in front of customers
- Every GTM decision is grounded in clean data — no more spreadsheet reconciliation before a board call
- AI-forward workflows handle the repetitive work so the team's attention goes where it creates the most value
- We scale revenue without scaling headcount linearly
- Direct access to both founders from day one — you will see how a fast-moving YC startup makes real decisions in real time
- We are building the defining AI-native legal firm in a $1 trillion market — the GTM problem here is genuinely hard and genuinely interesting
- Your systems will have an outsized, visible impact on revenue at a stage where every deal matters
- High performers grow into GTM leadership, head of revenue operations, or solutions engineering as the company scales
- Backed by YC: the best network in startups for hiring, partnerships, and customer introductions
