Backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Eagle acquires civil, structural, and MEP engineering firms and transforms them with applied AI. Our thesis: 85% of what engineers do is automatable, yet less than 5% has been touched by AI; the largest gap of any profession. By arming designers with frontier technology, our ambition is to build the most valuable, talent-dense engineering firm in the United States.

We're looking for our first members of technical staff. If you get excited about building from zero, get energized by direct access to users, and want to work in a problem domain that's barely been touched by AI, we'd love to talk.
