Full Stack Engineer

(Startup in the Healthcare Space)

About the Company

We’re a small, pre-launch startup in the healthcare space with a deeply mission-driven focus: improving outcomes for children with autism and supporting the families who care for them.

Today, many families navigating autism care face fragmented systems, limited resources, and tools that weren’t designed with their day-to-day reality in mind. We’re building technology to change that. Our platform is designed to support not just clinicians and therapists, but also parents, empowering them with better visibility, guidance, and tools to actively participate in their child’s development.

You’ll be joining a small, highly collaborative team at the earliest stages, working on products that have a direct and meaningful impact on real people every single day.

What You’ll Work On

Cross-platform applications using React Native and React Native Web
Backend services built with Node.js and deployed on cloud infrastructure
Data modeling and querying with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases)
AI-powered features to support workflows, automation, and decision support
Internal tools and dashboards for operational efficiency
Open source tooling where applicable

What We’re Looking For

5-10 years of experience building production software full stack
Strong experience with React
Experience with React Native (mobile + web preferred)
Solid backend experience (Node.js preferred)
Experience with MongoDB or similar databases
Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD, and observability
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

AI Expectations (Important)

High proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate development, debugging, and system design
Comfort integrating AI capabilities into production systems

Bonus Experience

Background in healthcare or regulated industries
Experience contributing to open source projects
Experience building patient-facing or workflow-driven applications
