I’m working with a YC-backed AI/SaaS company creating an entirely new category in sales technology. Their platform acts as a Sales Performance OS, observing and scaling top-performer behavior to give enterprise sales teams a massive edge. They’ve just raised a $15M Series A, are valued at $90M and are growing ~20% month over month, and are entering a major scale-up phase.

The Role

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join their on-site San Francisco team, helping build and scale a high-performance, AI-powered platform used by enterprise sales teams.

What you'll do

In this role you will build and ship end-to-end features using React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Node/NestJS, creating polished, responsive UIs with TailwindCSS and integrating Python FastAPI services that power ML workflows. You’ll own performance, scalability, and code quality across the stack while collaborating closely with founders and engineers in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, wearing multiple hats.
