What You'll Do

Ship from Day 1 - You deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
Ownership - You create specs, you figure shit out, you build features end-to-end.
Solve Every Problem - Whether it's deploying AI use cases with customers, designing core infrastructure, scaling the codebase, or hiring your next teammate - you own it.
Customer Impact - Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

Seniority

1+ years of experience as a software engineer at a top-tier company or quant firm, with a strong backend focus and clear signals of technical excellence

Work experience

1+ years of professional SWE experience shipping production-grade code with a track record of end-to-end ownership and clear strength in backend development
Track record of technical excellence (top-tier company or quant firm, strong school/competitions like IMO/IOI/ICPC, or published/applied AI work).

Education

Hard skills

Strong backend engineering with Python; experience designing and shipping production APIs and databases
Experience integrating AI/ML into production systems (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, function calling, multimodal AI)
Familiarity with frontend (React) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, scalable systems)

Soft skills

Intensity and velocity mindset: bias for action, end-to-end responsibility, comfort in fast-paced, startup culture
Strong communicator, able to work directly with customers and translate technical concepts into outcomes

Salary : $185K - $250K Equity: 0.1% - 0.3%
