Full-Stack Engineer- Series B Ai · $200-300K + equity
A fast-growing Series B AI automation platform used by some of the world's largest enterprises in production. The platform combines conversational AI agents, visual workflow automation, and enterprise infrastructure for governing and observing AI deployments. The team is small, technical, and AI-native.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to ship product end-to-end. You'll own features across the agent platform, workflow builder, and infrastructure layer, working closely with founders and a tight engineering team across SF and Vancouver.
What you'll do
- Design, code, test, deploy, and own features in production
- Work across frontend and backend (willingness to do both is non-negotiable)
- Build product-facing features across all three of the company's product pillars
- Use AI tooling heavily to ship fast (the team is AI-native and expects the same)
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-output engineering team
Requirements
- 4+ years shipping full-stack products end-to-end at startups
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python (or a strong appetite to close gaps)
- Demonstrated product sense and bias to ship
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully in-office environment
The team is open to exceptional frontend or backend specialists who can grow into the other half. Pedigree and impact matter more than specific tech stack.
Logistics
- Compensation: $200-300K base + competitive equity
- Location: 5 days in-office, San Francisco or Vancouver. No flexibility.
- Visa: H1B transfers and existing US work authorization accepted. New visa sponsorship from outside the US is not available.
