This role is ideal for an experienced full stack engineer eager to architect core infrastructure and implement advanced AI-driven conversational avatars for negotiation and workflow automation. As the founding engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology roadmap, collaborating closely with leadership and design teams, and driving the development of a scalable system that streamlines the entire real estate lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of technical decisions and potentially grow into a CTO position as the company scales.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable full stack solutions for a video-first PropTech platform
- Design and implement agentic AI-powered avatars for negotiation, task management, and workflow automation
- Integrate AI/LLM technologies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and design teams to define and execute the technology roadmap
- Ensure robust security, data privacy, and compliance across all platform components
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure
- Contribute to long-term system architecture and technical strategy
- Mentor future engineering hires as the team grows
- Proven experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Expertise in architecting and deploying scalable web applications (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks)
- Strong background in AI/LLM integration, conversational AI, or agentic avatar development
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps best practices
- Solid understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy standards
- Experience with video streaming, real-time communication, or related technologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and ownership of technical outcomes
- Availability for full-time commitment with potential for long-term growth
