About the Role
Get Started Ventures is seeking a visionary Head of AI to lead artificial intelligence strategy, LLM development, experimentation, and AI integration across multiple ventures.
This is not a traditional AI leadership role.
You will architect the AI layer behind an expanding venture ecosystem — helping build, test, deploy, and scale AI-first products, internal automation systems, intelligent workflows, and new startup concepts.
You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can create unfair advantages across industries including fintech, travel, ERP, marketplaces, automation, and digital infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities
* Define and execute the group-wide AI roadmap across ventures
* Lead LLM strategy, experimentation, tuning, and deployment
* Build AI frameworks that can be reused across multiple startups
* Launch new AI-driven venture ideas from concept to MVP
* Identify opportunities for AI monetization and productization
* Integrate AI capabilities into existing and future ventures
* Develop proprietary AI workflows and internal systems
* Create scalable AI architecture for venture-wide adoption
* Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and founders
* Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and infrastructure
* Build intelligent automation systems across operations
* Drive AI-first culture across the organization
* Design multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
* Establish governance around responsible AI usage
* Build AI experimentation pipelines and rapid prototyping systems
* Lead prompt engineering strategy and AI optimization
* Guide API integrations with leading AI platforms
* Assess build vs buy decisions for AI infrastructure
* Develop internal AI playbooks for company-wide adoption
* Research new opportunities in generative AI, agentic systems, and enterprise intelligence
* Support ventures in embedding AI into customer experience
* Partner with leadership on future venture creation
* Build AI product thinking from zero-to-scale
* Help shape the long-term AI investment thesis of the studio

* Strong experience with LLM ecosystems and AI architecture
* Deep understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows
* Proven builder mentality — not purely academic or advisory
* Strong understanding of AI APIs, orchestration, and integrations
* Experience with prompt engineering and model optimization
* Ability to move from concept to MVP quickly
* Familiar with AI product strategy and commercialization
* Strong systems thinker with startup execution mindset
* Comfortable operating across multiple ventures simultaneously
* Experience with no-code / low-code AI workflows is a plus
* Experience with experimentation, testing, and rapid iteration
* Strong understanding of future AI market opportunities
