What you'd own: - Growth strategy (SEO leverage, community, content, partnerships) - Acquisition channels — we have comparison pages vs Carrd, Read.cv, Polywork, Contra, etc. ready to rank - Positioning and messaging for the remote work audience - Early user relationships and conversion to Pro ($12/mo or $99/yr)
Who I'm looking for: Someone who has grown an early-stage SaaS or developer tool before. You understand PLG, know how to build in public, and have opinions about which channels to prioritize before paying for anything.
The structure steps up as you prove the role: 10% in year one, 20% from year two, 30% from year two and a half onward. No cliff, no salary — this is a co-founder-level commitment on the GTM side.
