Job Title: Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Python

Duration: 6-12 Months+

Job Description:

• We $B!G (Bre looking for an Agentic AI Developer who lives at the intersection of Python, autonomous systems, and real-world impact.
• Design and build agentic AI systems (planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, feedback loops)
• Develop and optimize Python-based AI services for production use
• Architect multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision pipelines
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, tools, and real-world actions
• Own features end-to-end—from concept $B"*(B prototype $B"*(B production
• Rapidly experiment, measure outcomes, iterate, and improve
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and customers
• Make smart trade-offs between speed, scalability, and correctness

Technical:

• Strong Python skills (clean, readable, production-grade code)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or autonomous workflows

Solid understanding of:

• Prompt engineering & evaluation
• Tool/function calling
• Memory & context management
• Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
• Experience deploying AI systems (APIs, async jobs, background workers)
• Comfort with data stores (SQL/NoSQL/vector DBs)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus)
