Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 per year

Location: 100% remote any time zone in the United States
Compensation: $170–225K base salary + equity
We are working with a Series A LegalTech AI startup that’s making major strides in modernizing enterprise law firms' deal processes through powerful backend infrastructure and cutting-edge AI integration.
Tech Stack: Golang, Postgres, GCP, Kubernetes, React, Temporal, GitOps, ArgoCD, OpenAI, Anthropic

Job Details
Ideal Background:

• 5-10 years of experience as a backend or backend leaning fullstack engineer
• Experience with Golang preferred, open to Python/Java/C/C++/C#/Rust as well
• Experience with LLMs / AI Agents or a true passion/interest to get in this space
  

Not a Fit If:

• Only large-company experience with no startup/small team exposure
• Consulting background
• Bootcamp-only education or less than 4 years experience
• No interest in Gen AI / LLMs, etc
