Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Founding Team)

$150K – $250K + Equity
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an early-stage, fast-growing startup building cutting-edge AI-powered products for a large, underserved industry.
This is a founding team opportunity where you’ll work across frontend, backend, and AI systems to build highly impactful, real-world solutions.
What You’ll Do

Build and ship end-to-end product features
Develop high-performance UIs using React & TypeScript
Design scalable backend systems and APIs
Work on AI-driven workflows, LLM integrations, and real-time systems
Collaborate closely with design, product, and customers
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of full stack development experience
Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend
Backend experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
Experience building and shipping SaaS products
Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-powered products
Knowledge of data pipelines, retrieval systems, or document processing
Startup experience and product mindset
