What You Will Do

• Lead the development of the platform, spending 70% of your time on performant React frontend experiences and 30% on backend API and system integrations.
• Collaborate directly with founders and design leadership to move features from 0→1, shaping both the technical stack and the user experience.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-polish features, ensuring seamless continuity across the full product stack while maintaining sub-second latency standards.
  

The Ideal Candidate

• You have a proven track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products from scratch at high-growth startups.
• You possess deep expertise in React and modern web technologies, paired with a strong design sensibility and the ability to defend high UX standards.
• You are actively building in the AI space, with hands-on experience in LLM integrations, conversational interfaces, or real-time AI-powered product workflows.
