Senior Software Engineer

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-impact engineering team. You will work directly with our co-founder and CTO, an AI startup veteran with a successful exit, a decade of ML experience, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition. As a core team member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered sales automation while building world-class software at breakneck speed.

What You’ll Do
Architect, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features across our stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, microservices, and Chrome extensions).Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to build and ship features at the speed of light.Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI-driven applications.Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability in a microservices architecture.Experiment with AI agent architectures (bonus points for Langchain experience).Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with experience in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.Experience working with microservices architecture and Chrome extensions.Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast-paced startup environment where we ship daily.Passion for AI-driven automation and interest in Langchain or agent architectures is a big plus.Experience working with sales tools or GTM automation is a bonus.High agency with a bias for action and ownership.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
