DESCRIPTION: TestGorilla is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale an AI-enabled GTM system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This is not a traditional RevOps or Analytics role. You’ll design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations that make GTM strategy execute reliably at scale.

Build & maintain GTM workflows (HubSpot, Gong, integrations) Automate routing, alerts, deal rules, and inspections Translate revenue strategy into system logic Connect product, sales, and customer data Enable AI-driven GTM signals (e.g. deal risk, expansion) Reduce manual ops work through automation

You should have experience with GTM/RevOps systems and be comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data flows. Systems thinking and ability to work from ambiguity are key. Interest in AI-driven workflows is a plus.

COMPENSATION: €54,840–€68,550 + SARs (equity)
