A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company is hiring AI Engineers to build systems where AI doesn’t just respond, but actually learns and executes real enterprise workflows.

The team is developing AI agents that can understand how businesses operate, generate structured instructions, and take action across complex systems, with built-in confidence scoring and human-in-the-loop decisioning.

The role

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems that automate complex, real-world workflows
• Design systems for LLM orchestration, tool usage, and multi-step execution
• Develop production-grade systems in Python
• Implement RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and learning workflows
• Build evaluation and confidence frameworks to determine when to automate vs escalate
• Work directly with customers to prototype and ship systems into production

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with Python
• Experience building production LLM systems
• Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, or orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Experience building scalable AI systems or automation workflows
• Interest in learning systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, or evaluation frameworks
