We’re partnered with a venture-backed HealthTech building AI systems that go far beyond simple API wrappers. This team is focused on real agentic infrastructure, applied ML, and building production systems that push the boundary of what modern AI can actually do.

They’re hiring an AI Engineer to work on core intelligence systems, multi-step agents, and the models and architecture behind them.

What You’ll Do

• Build production AI systems and multi-agent workflows
• Design and improve RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks
• Work on fine-tuning, preference modelling, and applied ML problems
• Build reliable backend systems that turn research into production products
• Help shape the technical direction of a fast-moving AI team

What They’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of software engineering experience
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles and theory
• Experience building real-world AI systems in production
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, fine-tuning, or workflow automation tools
• Degree in: CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related degree
• Startup experience: high ownership, moves quickly

• Open source contributions or public GitHub work
• Product instincts and ability to ship quickly
