The Team

The CPO has spent nearly two decades applying data and analytics to real estate at institutional scale.

The CEO holds a Stanford PhD and 12 years of executive experience across Silicon Valley and London.

The CTO is ex-quant, ex-fintech, previously built two companies from the ground up.

Ten engineers across London and New York, from leading AI, healthtech and fintech companies.

The Role

Monday morning reviewing analytics and shipping a hypothesis before standup. Noon prototype using Claude Code. Wednesday on a call with a major client spotting an opportunity nobody has articulated yet. Thursday shaping it into a spec. Friday shipping it and celebrating the result.

Own product areas end to end, from discovery through to customer adoption. No one writes the spec for you.

What they are looking for

• Engineers who measure their contribution by business outcomes, not code quality.
• A background building b2b software in high growth/startup environments
• Intellectual honesty, direct communication, and the ability to execute completely independently once aligned.
• Strong Python and full stack capability, proficiency with AI coding tools, and experience with agentic workflows or LLM pipelines.

Up to $300,000 base, meaningful Series A equity, unlimited leave, enhanced parental leave and wellbeing support. Hybrid, 2-3 days in the New York office.
