Senior Software Engineer

Our proprietary AI-vision platform turns a 30 second web based (yes, no sensors) foot scan into precision engineered, 3D-printed insoles that prevent pain before it starts. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll build and ship the core systems behind Hike’s AI healthcare platform. As the backbone of Hike's high-growth, mission-driven platform, you’ll design scalable services, implement production AI, and deliver user experiences that improve patient outcomes. From day one, you’ll have real autonomy and clear impact on transforming the US healthcare system.

What You'll Work On:

* Architect, build, and optimize high-performance, scalable systems that power AI-driven solutions.

* Design resilient, serverless architectures in a TypeScript and AWS environment.

* Develop developer-friendly APIs and SDKs that enable seamless integration across platforms.

* Build and refine high-speed data processing pipelines that drive clinical-grade AI insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Technical Skills

* AWS & TypeScript Expert – Comfortable making infrastructure decisions, optimizing cloud deployments, and managing scalable architectures.

* Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend systems that power real-time, AI-driven applications.

* Strong experience in building and optimizing developer-facing SDKs and APIs. Skilled in real-time data processing pipelines and optimizing system performance at scale.

$150K – $225K • Offers Equity • $15k relocation bonus (if necessary)
