About the Role

We’re hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to join our founding team in building the future of healthcare compliance AI. You’ll be the technical bridge between our core engineering team and our customers - owning projects end-to-end and transforming billion-dollar health plans from PDF/Excel to production AI agents that makes an immediate impact.

You’ll work directly with the customers, owning their AI transformation end-to-end. You’ll sit with executives and operators at billion-dollar healthcare organization strategizing and leading implementation

You’ll have founder-level ownership, shaping core products, prototyping new AI-driven features, and sitting in on customer calls to see your work make an immediate impact. Own the customer and the product - not just code. 10× impact vs big tech

What You’ll Do

• Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
• Lead implementations: integrations, data pipelines, onboarding, training.
• Troubleshoot live issues, harden reliability/security, and iterate fast from customer feedback.
• Translate customer problems into clear specs; feed insights into the roadmap.
• Own outcomes: prototype → launch → measure impact with tight loops across Product, Eng, and GTM.
