Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding AI/ML Engineer based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models targeting healthcare claims data, with a primary focus on predictive analytics for denial patterns and recovery prioritization. Day-to-day tasks include developing algorithms, implementing machine learning pipelines, analyzing healthcare data patterns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and partner healthcare organizations. The role requires both innovative technical skills and a strong understanding of healthcare analytics challenges.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Data Algorithms and Computer Science principles
Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
Experience in building and applying Machine Learning models and familiarity with Statistics
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a startup environment
Experience in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle processes is highly desirable
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages commonly used in AI/ML application development
