🚀 Founding Full-Stack / Product Engineer (AI)
San Francisco (Hybrid)
We are building an AI-driven platform designed to automate and optimize business workflows for enterprise teams. Our goal is to create systems that can reliably handle complex operational processes and improve efficiency across organizations.
We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack / Product Engineer to help design, build, and scale the core product from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on product direction, architecture, and user experience.
🛠️ What You’ll Do- Build and scale core product functionality across frontend and backend
- Develop systems that automate business workflows and processes
- Design architectures for reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications
- Work with integrations across third-party tools and platforms
- Collaborate closely with founders, customers, and early users
- Contribute to technical decisions, product direction, and engineering best practices
- 3–10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
- Strong experience with modern web technologies (e.g. Python, React)
- Experience building and shipping production-grade products
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end
- Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and product mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (hybrid work model)
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered features or systems
- Experience with system integrations or APIs
- Experience with scalable or event-driven architectures
- Previous startup or founding team experience
- Early-stage company with strong funding ($7.5M seed round)
