Founding AI Engineer

We are a YC-backed (S24) startup looking to disrupt the realtor space by creating a software platform that allows regular people to buy homes without a traditional realtor. We're automate real estate agent workflows, including messaging, deal management, and customer interaction, all with AI. Responsibilities

• AI agent flows. Are you familiar with tool use? Most of our flows relate to tool use.
• Design, develop AI workflows
• Collab closely with CEO and CTO
• Prompt engineer effective GPT prompts, fine-tune AI responses
• Use new AI as it comes out.

Qualifications

• Uses AI to ship code fast
• Previously shipped consumer-facing features
