They partner with PE firms to source deals, analyze markets, and execute acquisitions across industries, and are now rethinking that entire process with AI.
They’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to lead the transformation.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI systems to automate sourcing, research & outreach ⚙️
- Create agentic workflows across CRM + data tools 🔗
- Turn messy data into real investment insight 📊
- Partner directly with deal teams & leadership 🧠
What they’re looking for:
- Strong product or full-stack engineer with real applied AI experience
- Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience building systems, not just models
- Experience building from scratch
- Someone who sees inefficiency and immediately wants to automate it
