A fast-growing, boutique team is building the AI engine behind private equity dealmaking 💰🤖!

They partner with PE firms to source deals, analyze markets, and execute acquisitions across industries, and are now rethinking that entire process with AI.

They’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to lead the transformation.

What you’ll do:

Build AI systems to automate sourcing, research & outreach ⚙️
Create agentic workflows across CRM + data tools 🔗
Turn messy data into real investment insight 📊
Partner directly with deal teams & leadership 🧠

What they’re looking for:

Strong product or full-stack engineer with real applied AI experience
Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Experience building systems, not just models
Experience building from scratch
Someone who sees inefficiency and immediately wants to automate it
