As one of our first engineers, you’ll shape the technical foundation of Socratix AI. You’ll design and ship production-grade AI agents, collaborate directly with founders on product strategy, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting-edge startups.

This is a high-impact role with massive scope for growth — you won’t just be building features, you’ll be defining how AI transforms financial operations.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience (CS degree or equivalent background).
• Strong backend development skills with Python + FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and API design.
• A 0 → 1 builder mindset — comfortable creating from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice-to-haves (but not required):

• Startup experience leading significant projects.
• AI expertise: LangChain, RAG, embeddings, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning.
