Salary: $145,000 - $215,000 + Equity

Job Description:

You will own the data foundation for an AI-first medical practice, building pipelines that transform messy healthcare records into clean, actionable data. Working alongside clinicians, you will design the infrastructure that powers real-time medical decisions. This is a high-impact role where your technical architecture directly improves patient care and health outcomes.

What you will do:

• Build ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize FHIR, HL7, and CCDA medical record formats.
• Design and maintain scalable data models on AWS optimized for AI retrieval and processing.
• Extract structured clinical data from unstructured sources like scanned PDFs, XML, and HTML feeds.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience processing complex healthcare data and document extraction workflows.
• Possesses deep knowledge of healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, and PII handling requirements.
• Is an AI-native engineer proficient in Python who uses modern LLM tools daily in their development.
