We’re hiring a Founding Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered systems transforming the physical world—from housing to energy to infrastructure.

This is not just another engineering role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build secure, multi-tenant infrastructure for enterprise customers
• Own cloud architecture, CI/CD, reliability, and security end-to-end
• Develop and deploy AI agents that automate complex workflows
• Build long-running, stateful systems (document ingestion, retrieval pipelines)
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape product and engineering direction
• Create internal tools to accelerate development velocity

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience building and shipping production systems
• Strong experience in backend engineering + cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Multi-tenant systems
• Enterprise-grade security (SOC2, access control, audit logs)
• Experience building:
• AI agents / LLM-powered systems
• OR core infrastructure (SRE / DevOps / platform engineering)
• Background in startup or 0→1 environments
• Ability to own systems end-to-end with high autonomy
