We’re the all-in-one CRM + device management system for hardware teams. Companies building smart wearables, factory robots, EV chargers, medtech devices, and more. They use Telemetron to support customers, manage devices in the field, and resolve issues faster.

In this role, you will...
- Build full-stack product features across our support, field service, and device monitoring platforms
- Ship AI-powered workflows that help hardware teams resolve customer issues using real-time data and LLMs
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape the roadmap
- Own projects end-to-end: from product design to infrastructure - moving quickly and responsibly
- Contribute to our core architecture and help scale the platform as we grow
