Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re working with a stealth startup building AI-driven supply chain agents in reinforcement learning environments. The company is focused on automating one of the most complex and inefficient problems in global commerce: moving goods from point A to point B. What currently takes weeks is being compressed into seconds through applied AI.

The team operates more like an applied research lab than a traditional SaaS startup. People who work close to the models play a direct role in shaping the product roadmap. The company has raised a $5M seed round from top-tier VCs, is currently a team of four, and is based out of a dedicated space in SoHo.

As they scale and convert their early design partners into paying customers, building the Forward Deployed function is mission critical. They’re looking for someone to own client relationships and deployment, acting as the liaison between the end user and the rest of the engineering team.
