Job: Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: New York City

Compensation: $200,000 (DOE) + Equity

Backed by top-tier investors and already gaining serious traction, they’re now hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and shape the future of the product.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor, influence core architecture, and operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.

The Role:

Work hands-on with customers to deploy and customize the platform in real-world environments
Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
Build rapid prototypes, integrations, and production-ready features
Partner closely with product & engineering to feed customer insights into the roadmap
Own end-to-end implementations—from design to deployment

Wish List:

Strong engineering background (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
Experience working in customer-facing or forward-deployed roles (solutions engineering, implementation, etc.)
Experience already working in a production ready environment.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
Excellent communication skills—comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action
