🚀 Founding Engineer – Build the Operating System for Sports Ticketing

We’re partnering with a stealth, early-stage startup transforming how teams, leagues, and brands manage ticketing.

They’re building an AI-powered platform to bring automation, visibility, and intelligence to the sports ticketing ecosystem and now need a Founding Engineer to help take this from 0→1.

💻 What you’ll actually do

As a Founding Engineer, you won’t just “write code”: you’ll help build the company.

• Build the MVP from scratch and own the core product
• Turn the founders’ vision into a real, working platform
• Define the tech stack and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code that future teams build on
• Work directly with customers, demos, and early feedback
• Help hire and shape the future engineering team

👉 In an early-stage startup, everyone wears multiple hats: you’ll likely step into product, customer, and strategy conversations too.

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Proven ability to build MVPs fast (you’ve done 0→1 before)
• Strong full-stack skills (stack less important than mindset)
• Product thinker: you care about users, not just code
• Comfortable in ambiguity and constant change
• Adaptable, hands-on, and willing to go the extra mile
• Someone who genuinely believes in the vision
