We’re partnered with a well-funded, early-stage fintech startup building a modern data platform for private markets. With strong backing and early traction, they’re looking for a Founding Engineer (employee #4) to help define the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
💡 The Role
- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
- Develop infrastructure to ingest, transform, and analyse complex financial data
- Work closely with end users to turn workflows into product features
- Contribute to technical direction, hiring, and roadmap
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–7 years’ software engineering experience
- Strong backend development skills (Python, Java, or Go)
- Experience building in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Product-focused mindset and collaborative approach
- Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Nice to have: Experience with AI / LLM-enabled products
