About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Full Stack Engineer to join as Engineer #1 at an exciting early-stage startup in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with founders and play a key role in building an AI-powered platform that enables non-coders to create applications seamlessly.

You will be at the forefront of innovation—designing, building, and scaling full-stack systems while shaping the product, user experience, and technical direction from day one.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features (frontend + backend)

Develop core platform components such as storage, payments, authentication

Work closely with users to understand needs and improve AI & UX (10–20% user interaction)

Enhance AI runtime systems and improve reliability for edge cases

Perform prompt engineering & evaluations to improve AI output quality

Design and scale infrastructure to support millions of applications

Take full ownership of features—from concept to production

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

React

TypeScript

Node.js

Proven ability to ship production-ready features end-to-end

Minimum 3+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong understanding of product design & user experience

Ability to work independently with high ownership

Fast-paced execution with attention to quality

Experience in one of the following areas:

🔹 Backend / Infrastructure Focus:

Strong experience with AWS

Knowledge of infrastructure & system design

🔹 Frontend Focus:

Experience with modern frontend frameworks

Strong UI/UX skills (design-engineer mindset)

Experience building complex interfaces (e.g., editors, frameworks)
