Role: Founding Full-Stack Engineer (YC-backed AI Startup)

Location: San Francisco, USA (On-site)

We’re partnering with an early-stage, YC-backed startup building a cutting-edge no-code AI platform that empowers non-technical users to build powerful applications.

This is a Founding Engineer role — you’ll work directly with the founders, own critical product decisions, and build systems from scratch that scale to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

Build end-to-end full-stack features (idea → production)
Design and scale backend infrastructure & AI-powered systems
Work closely with founders and early users to shape the product
Improve AI runtime, prompt engineering & output quality
Develop core platform capabilities (auth, storage, payments, etc.)
Take ownership of architecture, product direction & engineering standards

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Strong Full-Stack Development (React, TypeScript, Node.js)
Hands-on experience shipping production-grade features end-to-end
Backend systems & infrastructure understanding (scalability, reliability)
Strong product & UX intuition (not just code quality)
Experience working in fast-paced / early-stage environments
Ownership mindset – ability to build from scratch and operate autonomously

Ideal Profile

Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and AI systems
Experience with AWS / backend systems OR advanced frontend frameworks
