Full Stack Software Engineer – AI / LLM Platform (Defense Tech)
Location: Remote or onsite in NYC - EST is ideal.
Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 / Annual Base + Equity

We’re partnering with a high-growth company building software that helps their clients move faster.
The platform leverages state-of-the-art LLM technology to accelerate document-centric compliance, security classification, and mission-critical search workflows inside the their clients.
You will:

• Architect systems combining multiple AI models, backend APIs, and frontend applications
• Build in Python and TypeScript
• Work directly with users to refine product direction
• Help shape roadmap, architecture, and culture
• Operate in a small, high-ownership engineering team
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Has experience with LLMs / NLP
• Understands system design
• Is comfortable interacting directly with end users
• Knows cybersecurity fundamentals
• Is proactive, independent, and thrives in ambiguous environments
• Is a US Citizen and eligible for Clearances
