Lead AI Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

We are seeking to hire an exceptional AI Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to spearhead product innovation and feature development for AI finance workflow automations. You will work closely with the founding team in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle—from conception to deployment.

ProSights is a YC-backed AI finance automation company that is eradicating manual data entry with autonomous agents. In the past year, we have onboarded 15 of the 25 largest PE firms and 4 of the top 15 banks without any sales team. Across junior white-collar roles in investing, 15 - 20% of the job is spent copying data into spreadsheets, CRMs, and templates. We eliminate that work by reading unstructured documents, extracting what matters, and writing it directly into firm-specific systems so teams can focus on analysis, judgment, and relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

• Startup-Minded & Autonomous: Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, driving ideas from concept to execution. Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn new concepts beyond their comfort zone in a fast-paced environment.
• Real-World Experience: Strong experience working with production-grade codebases, either at a prior company or through high-impact personal projects. Our codebase is powerful but highly complex, supporting heavy daily usage across the world’s largest financial institutions.
• AI & LLM Proficiency: Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities to build intelligent, production-grade apps. Comfortable exploring prompts, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and integrating AI into core products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or similar role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Typescript and Python

Bonus Qualifications

• Technical skills: Rust, Go, C#, Gaming, Mobile App Development
• Experience: Founder or experience at an early-stage startup
• Interests: Open source contributions or interesting passion projects
