Machine Learning Engineer

A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring its first Machine Learning Engineer to build out a greenfield ML platform.

With an established team of researchers already generating signals, the focus is now on scaling infrastructure and deploying models into live trading environments.

The Role

A first ML engineering hire working directly with the CTO to build and own the firm’s machine learning stack from the ground up.

You’ll take models from research to production, designing the systems that power real-time trading decisions.

What You Will Do

• Productionize ML models for live trading
• Build scalable pipelines for large, high-frequency datasets
• Develop infrastructure for training, evaluation, and deployment
• Partner closely with researchers to turn signals into production systems

What They Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied ML
• Strong Python and production ML experience
• Experience working with large-scale or time-series data
• Interest in quantitative finance or trading systems
• Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
