Salesforce Administrator (& dev/builder)
Foundations Investment Advisors is hiring a Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own the CRM powering our rapidly growing 10B+ RIA platform with tens of thousands of client accounts, and to integrate with Orion, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Institutional, and the internal systems every team depends on. The platform works well today; it doesn't work the way it needs to 12 months from now.
You will own the distance between those two realities.
Day one is a mix. Configuration, user management, security, and platform health live on the same desk as workflow automation, integration repair, data mapping, and dashboard design. You sit inside the operation, not above it — working directly with billing, compliance, advisor services, and operations, translating what they need into platform changes, and shipping the improvement.
Over the next 12–24 months, you will take the Salesforce environment from functional to high-leverage: Tableau reporting that senior leaders actually use, integrations that stop breaking, email-to-case workflows, and real groundwork for Agentforce and AI-assisted operations. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, who runs this search personally and will be your primary calibration partner.
Six to twelve months in, the signal of a great hire is visible without narration: fewer manual steps, cleaner data, reports that change decisions, and integration paths that hold under pressure.
Required
- Active Salesforce certification
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development in a real operating environment
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one of: workflow automation, system integrations and data mapping, or reporting and dashboards — with concrete examples
- Analytical discipline and a real instinct for data quality
- Full-time, fully in-office in Phoenix, Arizona
Preferred
- Financial Services Cloud experience or wealth/RIA/financial-services context
- Tableau development
- Agentforce or broader Salesforce AI/automation familiarity
- Email-to-case or similar case-management workflow ownership
- Integration depth across portfolio management, billing, or custodial systems
This role is probably not for you if

- You are a pure architect who does not want hands-on admin and maintenance work
- Your Salesforce story is certification-forward and light on real-world evidence
- You lead with buzzwords — “Agentforce,” “AI-first,” “architect” — without the operating depth behind them
- You came up in cybersecurity or identity management and are repositioning into a platform seat
Compensation & Logistics
- $70,000–$100,000 base plus bonus; flexible for the right fit. Candidates with demonstrated Tableau, integration, and AI depth should expect to be in the upper half of the band.
