This role sits at the intersection of high-performance backend engineering and polished, user-facing product.
You’ll be building systems where speed is everything - powering workflows that rely on near-instant response times and absolute reliability.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Develop ultra low latency backend services in Rust/C++/Python
- Build responsive, data-heavy frontend applications using TypeScript + React
- Design end-to-end features - from infrastructure through to user experience
- Optimize critical paths where milliseconds genuinely matter
- Work on systems that ingest, process, and surface large volumes of data in real time
- Continuously refine performance, scalability, and system resilience
This is a true fullstack role - not “frontend with some API work” - you’ll own features all the way down to the metal

Who You Are:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience across backend and frontend engineering
- Strong backend skills in Rust, C++, or Python
- Solid frontend experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience building or optimizing low latency or performance-critical systems
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong instincts for writing efficient, maintainable code
