Software Engineer
Software Engineer with solid Typescript and Python skills wanted by a seed stage startup based in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. This is a founding engineer role for an applied AI company, building AI tools to automate how engineers program real-world machines - solving several longstanding problems in their sector.

After a successful seed round and signing some notable clients, they’re looking for a founding Software Engineer to implement the agent architecture and lead the platform development on their AWS infrastructure. 3+ years production software development experience is required, and in return this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be an early part of a hyper growth environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead platform and infrastructure development on AWS
- Build data pipelines that ingest and process large amounts of real-world data
- Work closely with users and founders to build products that are actually being asked for
- Help define product direction alongside the founders
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years production software engineering experience, with core skills in TypeScript and Python
- Proven experience building data pipelines and API integration
- Excited by early-stage startups and founding-level ownership
- You must be happy with 5-days on-site in Midtown Manhattan
- Startup or founding engineer experience is desirable
