Primis is partnered with a thriving, well-funded fintech startup in NYC building software that keeps client information automatically updated across all the different tools financial advisors use, cutting down on manual work and mistakes.
They’re now hiring a senior or staff fullstack engineer (backend leaning) to own key parts of the product and help shape the technical direction as the team grows.
What you'll work on:
- Build and lead critical features like onboarding flows, data reconciliation, and digital account opening
- Influence architecture and product direction
- Improve developer experience and production reliability
- Help hire and mentor as the team scales
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years building complex, high quality systems
- Strong product instincts and experience shipping user facing web apps
- Comfortable in fast moving, ambiguous environments
- High ownership, high agency, impact focused
- Excited to be a hands on IC with real influence
Early, high leverage role with meaningful equity and real technical influence.
Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS.
