I’m Frank, an engineer here. This is the first services-style company I’ve worked at, so for those of you in a similar boat, this is what I’ve really liked so far:

* The learning rate is super fast. 3-4 client projects a year, each with different tech stacks, products, industries, and architectures. Lots of learning resources including a full AI engineering bootcamp when you onboard.

* Our projects are typically high priority and sponsored by prominent executives. The path here for projects to have real impact on usage or bottom line is much shorter.

* We’re “selling pickaxes during the gold rush”. When AI finds its next killer app, we’ll be the first to know about it.
