Role: Staff Software Engineer (Backend focused)
Location: San Francisco (onsite)
Salary: Up to $350k + equity

The Role
Build and own the entire backend for our highly scalable applications to handle billions of usage a month. You will iterate quickly and ship into production fast while maintaining a high standard for quality, and get involved in challenging and exciting 0-1 projects.
You Must Bring:
- Strong TypeScript & Node.js experience
- 5+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience
- Solid AWS experience
- Experience building from scratch in a 0 to 1 phase.
- Experience building highly scalable applications
- Experience at well- known companies with strong engineering orgs and / or startup / founder experience.
Not Looking For:
- Job hoppers (1.5+ year minimum average tenure)
- Those requiring visa sponsorship
- Those not willing to work onsite in SF
- Those with significant consulting/freelance backgrounds
