Role: Staff Software Engineer (Backend focused)

Location: San Francisco (onsite)

Salary: Up to $350k + equity

The Role

Build and own the entire backend for our highly scalable applications to handle billions of usage a month. You will iterate quickly and ship into production fast while maintaining a high standard for quality, and get involved in challenging and exciting 0-1 projects.

You Must Bring:

Strong TypeScript & Node.js experience
5+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience
Solid AWS experience
Experience building from scratch in a 0 to 1 phase.
Experience building highly scalable applications
Experience at well- known companies with strong engineering orgs and / or startup / founder experience.

Not Looking For:

Job hoppers (1.5+ year minimum average tenure)
Those requiring visa sponsorship
Those not willing to work onsite in SF
Those with significant consulting/freelance backgrounds
